Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Custom-made or personalized products typically require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
SEACAID is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Failed delivery attempts.
- Refused deliveries.
- Customs clearance delays.
- Natural disasters or other events beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the damaged item (if applicable).
- Photographs of the shipping box and shipping label.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
