Returns & Exchanges
- You can return or exchange items purchased without a coupon or discount within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return/exchange status.
Exchanges :
- We offer exchanges for items of the same value.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund
- Refunds are processed for the cost of the item only, excluding original delivery charges.
- Refunds are not available for items purchased with coupons or discounts; only exchanges are offered.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–9 business days to your original payment method.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted for:
- Defective or damaged items during transit (images required).
- Incorrect items received (images required).
- Size issues (refer to our sizing chart before ordering).
- Note: No refunds or exchanges for items missing original tags, packaging, or showing signs of excessive use.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipping. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
