Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Within 4 days: 20% cancellation fee applies.

  • After 7 days: Cancellation requests will not be honored.

  • Shipped Orders: Orders already shipped or in customs cannot be canceled but may be returned upon receipt.
